All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong title, ISBN, edition, or grade level
  • Duplicate orders
  • Books that have been opened, used, or written in

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once the issue has been verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost whenever possible.

If a replacement is unavailable, we will determine an appropriate resolution, including a refund if necessary.

  • 단순 변심
  • 도서명, ISBN, 판(Edition), 학년 등을 잘못 주문한 경우
  • 중복 주문
  • 개봉, 사용 또는 필기가 된 도서

파손 · 불량 · 오배송

배송 중 파손되었거나, 불량 상품 또는 잘못 배송된 상품을 받으신 경우에는 수령 후 3일 이내 연락해 주세요.
